Over the last 8 years, ZERO has helped our nonprofit partners save more than $10.7 million. Redirecting funds to expand programs, deepen services, and drive greater impact.

**Giving Back to the Givers**  
By trusting ZERO for their healthcare, members have eliminated an estimated $5.8 million in out-of-pockets costs.

Through deep collaboration between HR & Benefits teams and ZERO’s Employer Experience team, we’ve built engagement strategies and targeted campaigns that resonate deeply with the employees of these organizations and their family members. As a result:

- **Close to 50%** of all active members use ZERO services  
- **64% of non-profit employers have partnered** with ZERO for **4 or more years**  
- **2 new organizations joined the ZERO family** in 2024 citing our ability to help contain costs as their primary reason for partnering with us
